and I was fortunate to be assigned to Jacob...nothing but the best of customer service
I have ever received (and I have been around a looooong time).
Every experience I have had at your dealership (all the folks that make up your service department)
I grade with a 10+. Driving from Maryland to NJ (where I was raised) is worth the time and gas.

Recently we had a minor issue related to a 2002 BMW that required parts to be exchanged. Mike and Devon assisted us very well in helping us resolve the issue, which was created by some miscommunication. I just wanted to take the time to write to you with good news.
Peo ple are very quick to pick our faults but no so quick to give a pat on the back.

Posted September 12, 2008 Dear --- On Friday May 30th I had my BMVV 525xi delivered to me.
The carpet treatment I received from the dealership was outstanding; --- is truly an "A" class professional.
Not knowing which vehicle to purchase, --- was kind, patient and courteous. It was truly an experience that exceed it all expectation.
(Some dealership acted as though they were doing me a favor by talking to me.)
When I was in your parking lot before walking into the dealership, a gentleman greeted me "asked me how my day was and welcomed me
to JMK" he didn't know me but he greeted me as if he did. Then I met --- "what a gentleman" I couldn't have asked
for a better sales representative. --- answered all my questions with knowledge and without hesitation returned every message
in a timely manner and with courtesy. He's a great asset to the company.
As for the other dealership I dealt With, well lets' just say "Mercedes eat your heart" JMK has you beat in customer service
and professionalism, so they can take their fancy suits and rolling eyeballs and take lesson from true professionals
at JMK BMW. .. JMK is the best hands down
and I would definitely recommend JMK BMW

Posted June 2, 2008 Dear Sir: I wanted to write to you and express my gratitude to you and your staff for the wonderful treatment that
I received at your body shop. My son's car was damaged by a tree in South Carolina and we waited till he came back to New Jersey to have it repaired.
Your representative, --- took care of us the first time we arrived and we exp lained that my son was returning to South Carolina
as soon as the car was repaired. --- squeezed us in and promised the vehicle the next week and actually delivered on that promise.
Now you should know that I do not normally write letters of praise, but after the excellent treatment by ---
and the rest of the staff and the excellent repair work of the vehicle, I felt compelled to congratulate you for have such a great bunch
of customer oriented employees. My son and I were also shocked and pleasantly surprised to see that his vehicle was cleaned inside and out.
What a pleasant experience in this day and age of independent businesses and a great credit to JMK,
which I will make sure that everyone knows about.
Posted May, 2008 I wanted to write you a letter regarding my recent purchase of a BMW 328xi.
This was my first time buying a BMW and my first experience buying a car via the Internet.
My expectations on both fronts have been far exceeded. At the time I was searching for a new vehicle,
I was living in London, England and was in the process of relocating back to the US.
I had no car, having sold my previous car before I moved overseas. Therefore,
I needed a car quickly and with time zones being an issue,
I decided to try the Internet. It couldn't have been any easier.
Within hours of entering my information on the website, I had a quote from ---. --- was terrific - very consultative on what I wanted and,
even more important, was able to find the exact car I wanted within 24 hours.
While other dealers insisted that the car didn't exist or I'd have to wait 8-10 weeks for delivery, --- found the car (in Albany)
and had it ready by the weekend so I could drive to work on Monday. In fact, --- handled everything over the phone -
I didn't even have to come into the dealership until the car was ready.
The entire process on my end took less than an hour - so --- saved me both money and time.
Thank you for making the process so easy for your customers and for having a well trained, helpful sales staff.

2008 I am writing this letter to you regarding Michael Blomgren. Last Tuesday Feb. 12,
I was on my way home from work, it was snowing and the roads had turned very icy & slippery.
My husband and I have a 2008 750LI with high performance tires and my car was terrible on the road
and I was sliding and skidding all over needless to say, I was scared and alone. I was not sure if there was anything I could do with my car regarding traction and getting a better grip on the road, so I called Michael who was more than happy to help me as always,
Michael was getting ready to go home himself, he stood on the phone with me and told me a couple of things
I could do that might help me to get home safely, as I was ready to call a flat bed to pick up my car, that is now nervous I was.
Mike stood on the phone with me till I was able to calm down and helped me get my car to perform a little better in the snow.
This is the 3rd car we have purchased from JMK and Mike Blomgren is one of the main reasons we come back to JMK
and not go to our local dealers as we live in Staten Island. I realized when I finaly got home that evening Mike was on his way home himself
and took the time to be sure I was OK, that meant a lot. Over the last 5 years or so I have come to know Mike he his a genuine person
and really cares. I wanted to be sure he knew how much my husband and I appreciate all that he does.
