20, 2008 On Sunday morning, February 24, 2008, my 25 year-old son --- was returning from a friend's house with our 2008 BMW X3.
While traveling on Route 22 west near Weequake Park in Newark, he began to slide on an ice-covered roadway.
He hit the curb with his right front tire, went airborne and struck a utility pole. After breaking teh pole in half the driver's air bag deployed
and the vehicle came to rest. The first thing my son remembers is the BMW Assist agent speaking to him, asking if he was all right. Fortunately,
he seemed fine and the agent notified the local police department as well as a towing service... absolutely amazing!
I'm writing this letter to thank you and the engineers of the BMW X3 for saving my son's life.
My son owes a small pick-up truck and there is no doubt, if he had been driving his vehicle he would have been seriously injured or God forbid, killed.
He walked away from the accident without a scratch.
My wife --- and I are extrememly grateful and would like to express our heartfelt thanks to you, your entire staff and BMW for the life-saving design put into every car that's sold.

March 4, 2008 Dear Gentlemen, I want to bring to your attention the excellent service that I received today by --- and your service staff.
I needed to replace 3 tires (long story) today and pick my car up as quickly as possible. --- was able to schedule my service
and have me out of your shop within 2 hours. He knew my time was precious as I am flying overseas tomorrow morning.
The service exceeded my expectations and you have a loyal customer, as long as I am driving BMWs.
I also want to note that your prices are extremely fair and was lower than 2 of the larger discount tire stores in the area. Thank you once again for the excellent service and I look forward to seeing the completion of your expansion as I know it will only improve the service and car buying experience.
I am writing to thank you for your personal attention to my service complaint. I am once again extremely satisfied with your service department,
thanks to your personal attention and investigation of the problem. I also appreciate the "good will" work that you performed on my X5.
I understand the situation at your dealership with the construction, but it is nice to know that you actually objectively reviewed my complaint
and resolved it.
The follow up was exceptional. It is not the work that is performed that will separate your dealership from the others,
but it is your excellent attitude and your ability to listen to your customers that will make you a success. JMK is fortunate to have such a person.
You have turned my opinion of JMK and BMW completely around.

27, 2008 On Friday eveing I received a call from --- at JMK BMW, telling me of a special promotion at JMK and he felt he could get me out of my lease
on the 325xi and into a 525 again at a reasonable price. On Saturday I purchased a 530i, 2004 vehicle and worked out
a satisfactory deal that we felt was very fair. - -- arranged it so we could have it hte same day, and, belive me,
I and my wife are so happy to know we can get in and out of the car without back pain. I must let you know about hte wonderful service
--- provided, not only now but throughout the years. He knew how unhappy I was with my purchase of a smaller BMW.
We realized we had made a mistake by purchasing a car that w as not suitable for our age and needs,
but because of the outstanding treatment we received from --- and his manager, we will always be loyal customers and will tell all of our friends
as we have in the past about the BMW, and JMK in particular. Your product is only as good as those who represent it. ---
Is to be highly commended for being such a professional, showing caring and patience with our complaint.
We hope you appreciate him as much as we do! I just wanted to let you know that my husband
and I are very happy with the purchase of ournew car 328XI. This is also our first BMW car. Just driving this car for a few days since we got it out last Saturday, March 24, and we love it.

March 30, 2007 I would like to take this opportunity to commend --- for his outsanding customer service to me. It isn't too often that employees
extend themselves to satisfy customers in the way that --- did. --- made himself available to me and he went above my expectations
to fix a problem that could have cuased your dealership to lose a customer. --- truly worked on the problem immediately and resolved it to
accommodate me and my needs. It is because of --- courtesy, efficiency and promptness that I will continue to use your dealership
as well as recommend it to other people. February 10, 2007 Just a short note to bring to your attention the stellar job that Anthony Paz
of your body shop did for me regarding my damaged passenger side mirror. He and his crew were able to repair the mirror rather than replace
the entire unit; due to his work only the cover needs replacement. I was very pleased with every phase of my experience during the body shop visit,
as I have been as well with my visits to your service department.
