Posted 09/21/11 Dear BMW of North America: I am writing to you as I feel I need to give formal credit where such is very much due. Through JMK BMW in Springfield NJ. I recently purchased (and took delivery via BMW's absolutely wonderful European Deli Program!) my 2011 E82 1-Series M Coupe. This marks the 4th new BMW I have purchased through JMK BMW since 2004, and I certainly look forward to my next BMW purchase taking place there. What was particularly instrumental in my latest BMW purchase was the involvement of one of JMK’s distinguished salesmen — Mr. Antonio Antunes (a.k.a. Manny). My vocabulary is short of enough words of praise I can deploy to fully describe my experience with Mr. Antunes. Manny exhibited an astonishingly high degree of knowledge, displayed utmost professionalism, respect, tact, and courtesy. He is a true example of a dedicated employee who continually goes above and beyond the call of duty, and delivered superior results that exceeded even the highest of expectations! His effort was truly commendable and JMK should feel proud of having retained such outstanding employee, who can only serve as a great example of leadership for others to follow. Mr. Antunes has been with me in all steps of the way. Starting from securing an allocation for what has turned out to be a limited production run vehicle; through keeping me up to date of the changing landscape during the many months of uncertainty prior to the formal US launch of the model; through the full ordering process; through scheduling the European Delivery and all related logistics; to ultimately updating me on the car’s progress across the Atlantic, and the eventual upcoming Performance Center Delivery date in South Carolina. As you can imagine, it has been an exciting yet restless few months of eager anticipation, and Manny has been alongside me at every trying moment and has helped me cope with any anxiety and emotional trepidation. He is not only a great salesman, but most of all — he is truly a genuine human being! As I eagerly anticipate the debut of the upcoming BMW F 10 M5 (which I can only hope will be offered in a 6-speed manual), I can honestly say that I will look no further than resort to the friendly, professional, and knowledgeable hands of Manny Antunes and JMK BMW for my next BMW purchase. I truly believe in loyalty and giving my business to outfits worthy of such, and everything that so far has been delivered by both Mr. Manny Antunes, and the JMK dealership he represents, has been top notch and deserving of my full patronage. Posted 07/15/10 NEW Roger, Robert and Sal, I just wanted to send you a quick note to commend the outstanding professionalism and salesmanship of your colleague, Mark Carvalho. I have been buying or leasing cars personally for over 30 years and Mark was simply the best I have ever dealt with. I leased a 335i convertible, making this the third car my wife and I have leased from your NJ dealership. This is the first time we have dealt with Mark and, again, he was spectacular. He knew the various cars inside and out, he was honest, straightforward and a true professional. It was a pleasant car buying experience which has not always been the case over the years with other Let me also say your entire staff is extremely good as well. Sal, Thanks for your follow up... I can't thank the guys enough who treated me as a valued customer and made my experience at JMK BMW a pleasant one... Posted 04/15/2010 NEW Claudio (Claro) , I wanted to thank you for the pleasant experience this morning at BMW JMK. This was my first visit to your facility with my first BMW. I recently purchase the 2002 330 Cic convertible (used) and wanted to take advantage of the oil service special as well as the 31-point inspection. I appreciated your honesty with the findings from the inspection and will most likely take advantage of your offer to have the control arm bushings replaced in the near future. As a person who normally does his own service and repairs it is nice to know that my vehicle will be in good hands with the professionals at JMK. Your professionalism in handling my visit today was also outstanding and greatly appreciated. Once again, thank you and please thank the technician who handled my service expeditiously.
